Hi all, trying to figure out why a working Com app times out when anyone goes to the main page of it and no changes have been made. I see it making database connections but the top navigation control just spins and gives a timeout error message eventually and trying to scratch my head as to what is going on. I have tried unloading/reloading server many times, rebooting, restarting iis, running sql profiler to see if any bad queries are hitting it, running wireshark, process monitor, but nothing comes out obvious. I re-registered the app exe just in case, but same issue. In the error log I get:

Web Connection Request timed out. - /portal/MethExec.urp?&MethAddr=InitControlsInet&ObjAddr=welcome_scx&UserID=&PageInit=true&nReq=1

Web Connection Request timed out. - /portal/DOMEvent.urp?&Event=click&ObjAddr=welcome_scx-cntmain-urtcnt3-urtlbl2&UserID=&PageInit=&nReq=2

No idea why it's timing out... Internet access is also good, not blocking anything outgoing or on the LAN to DB server....

I figured out the issue and somehow some of the VFP files (.dbc, .dct, and .dcx) in the data folder got corrupted somehow and the .dcx was missing. Not sure how this happened but I had to restore them. Hope this helps someone.
