There is improved Web Connection COM Server Management with WWWC 8.0.

In previous versions, it appeared that the COM EXEs would be unloaded if there was no request for an extended period.

After 8.0, I would like to know when COM EXE are unloaded.

The IIS Application Pool inactivity monitoring determines that. You can configure it in the IIS Application Pool configuration.
