No - that's beyond the scope of wwSmtp - Google is basically trying to force people to use their Web site or their API to get mail. Notice that this even affects major mail clients like Outlook and iOS Mail. It looks like those apps will no longer work with GMail accounts which feels suicidal on Google's part if this is actually correct.
FWIW, the oAuth flow forces you to login through the Web site, so you need a browser to do this.

Seems like it's still working with Outlook for the moment at least (at least with the new version)...
Regardless though even the new version of Outlook forces you to log in via the Web site when first setting up the account and I've noticed the the log in dialog pops up frequently now...
