When I run loSmtp.SendMail(), I get an error: The given path's format is not supported. I don't know what this is referring to so I can't fix it. Is there an error document to look up possible causes of errors thrown? In the meantime, what do I need to look at to correct this issue?

I can. I see it now. Thanks. Now I have the dreaded transport layer error but I'll see what I can do with that. I had thought about doing this, got distracted and forgot. LOL. Thanks for putting me back on track!
