How to remove the watermark for commercial license holders?

This statement from page pricing has not removed the watermark: https://helpbuilder.west-wind.com/pricing.aspx If you'd like to use Help Builder without the shareware message you can register a fully licensed copy. The licensed copy removes the shareware message and startup notifications.

You have to rebuild the help file/Web site to remove the banner on the bottom... It gets inserted when topics are generated.
