We have 3 paid licenses. When a team member and I upgraded our MM version recently, the icons no longer appeared when we used Save to PDF. The installation also required a runtime update.

Our colleague in Asia has the previous MM version and hers works. My copy worked before I upgraded. Should we uninstall the new version and install the last one to see if this fixes the issue?

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Can you offer a fix? Thanks! Cynthia
