After installing the Help Software we received these two errors this was a “fresh” install on a local workstation. There were also files on a network drive that were used.

#1 error- An Application Error has occurred


An unexpected error has occurred during the operation of Help Builder. The following error information is available: Memo file m:\epubs\newepubs00.FPT is missing or is invalid. System Error # 41

The error has been logged and you can now do one of the following: Continue running the application Exit the application Report the problem to us on our GitHub Repository

#2 error- An Application Error has occurred


An unexpected error has occurred during the operation of Help Builder. The following error information is available: Unknown member OTOPIC. System Error # 1925

Sounds like a corrupt help file.

You'll likely need to work off a backup or you can try use the _recover file. Before you do anything backup your help project folder as the _recover file gets updated once you start up a help file.
