We have a link where to check active installations and number of CAS used on each IP Address. We know that every app not started in last 3 months is deleted from this list

What do you mean with “not started” ? I have one app, in COM mode, that is normally loaded, and I use it yesterday, but that app was not in this list. I can use the domain to access it or the IP address but his IP is not listed in your list.

Another question: how often this list is updated? on Monday this week I use this app and in today’s list this ip is not shown.

We are doing, or trying to do, an inventory of active installations and I was hoping the data provided might help me

Thanks

Hello Michele,

Which IP are you looking for?

how often this list is updated?

the list is built by a query against live data (real time)

We only account for Windows Server ; we consider Windows Workstation as dev machines that should work disconnected from the Internet, and the number of users not accounted for (our policy is free for development)

For the other IPs, maybe the server’s outbound connection goes through a proxy or a VPN, resulting in a public IP different from the IP you use for inbound connections. Can you provide some sample IPs ? (Which I can look at tomorrow)
