Hi, I'm trying to export a sample help page to MS Word and the operation fails. The theme is set to MSWORD. When clicking "Export to Word" I firstly get this message: After I Click "Yes", I get this message: And after I click "Continue", The Help Builder app either restarts or crashes. Either way no exported Word document is created. At some cases, I cannot try to export again because the app tells me that the word document is already running. And indeed at this case I'm able to see the MS Word process in the Task Manager, but no active document is found.

We are currently using this app in its shareware version to test if it fits to our needs, without the "Export To MS Word" feature we probably won't use it 😦

This has to do with the settings you have Word running as. I'm not sure offhand what controls that, but essentially related to Word and COM security settings. As Help Builder automates Word

This is a deprecated feature that hasn't been updated in a long time, primarily due to the system restrictions that Microsoft has placed on the automation features that make it nearly impossible to integrate with office products in a meaningful way any longer.
