Plan on migrating to Windows Server 2022 from Windows Server 2012. We are currently using WWWC 6.21, working great for our purposes. Will 6.21 work on WS 2022?

Yes... Web Connection works on all versions of Windows from Windows 7/Server 2012 forward.

Thanks Rick, we're hoping we can stick with 6.21, since it works perfectly for us.
6.21
will work fine on Server 2022. Anything back to v4
will run pretty much on any version of Windows.

Now that's a long running application. What is that - late 1990's?
I usually just say that Web Connection works with v4 forward, because that's when the current .NET model came into use and that works across all servers since then. The ISAPI version - especially the pre-v4 versions had a bunch of IIS version specific stuff in it and code that was later changed post Server 2008 which brought a new IIS service model. So I can confidently say v4 and later will work. Pre-v4 it probably works, but there might be little issues.
Good to hear that it works though...

Hi Rick,
What functionality within web connection 7.x won’t work correctly on windows server 2008r2 as a server?
Thanks Greg
Server 2008r2 is fine. Anything before may not be... Anything before that has to use the ISAPI connector which is no longer maintained.
Pre-2008 was pre IIS 7 which introduced the .NET server functionality that all the new stuff runs on.
