I am using Web Connection with my database and it connects to emailing with wwSMTP to my emailing account at the Ionos/1and1 hosting company. My system is written in version 6.21.

Recently they decided to REQUIRE TLS 1.2 for SMTP and POP3, and I'm not sure what's the minimum version number I need of Web Connection, and which are the minimum files that I need of that version so that TLS 1.2 works with SMTP/POP3?

I have installed 7.15 also, but not yet used it.

Web Connection no longer supports Pop3 in any way, but we do support SMTP over TLS in wwSMTP. That should be available in 6.21... For Pop3 you'd have to use the older version library which will continue to work, but there's no support for secure transmission in the POP3 protocol.
