I have been using WWIPSTUFF for FTP and STFP connections and transfers in my ERP. I am seeing some of my customers can't use plain FTP once Windows does an update. I don't know what update it is nor do I know what the problem is. I get the message Win32 API: The handle is invalid. I am using version 6.21 of WWIPSTUFF and other DLL's. I'm not sure what to do here and was wondering if you can steer me in the right direction. I have verified the FTP is valid and working from other machines on other networks. IN all these case I am told that windows did an update. In almost all of these cases the code has been running fine for years. Thanks Keith

Not sure I can help with this 'one off' scenario. My guess something changed in the network configuration - firewall, anti-virus etc. Connection errors like this are core functionality in the OS so they don't just stop working after an update... something else in the environment typically is the cause for the problem - perhaps even triggered by the update.
