You can edit the templates and remove that entrty

• Right click on the topic in the tree
• Select Edit Topic Template then Topic Template
• In the template find <div id="TimeToRead"></div>
• Remove that line

You'll need to do that for each of the topic types that you have in your topic as they all have that in there (ie. topic, header, whatsnew etc.).

Note: it's best to create a new Template Theme first as the built-in themes get overwritten by updates. To create a new Template theme, copy the Template Theme folder you're using now to a new folder at the same level, and then modifying that custom theme. You can then select that theme as your render theme.
