I'm interested in discussing your requirements.
I have been successfully using the West Wind Web Connection framework for well over 20 years, to create multi-lingual web apps for clients in varous countries. Several of these installations had a very high volume. I was solely responsible for creating, maintaining and updating the web apps. This included online ordering and payments, extensive reporting & charting, and various management & administrative features.
However, I don't have any real .NET experience, so that may be a deal-breaker for you.
