I am looking for a simple encryption / decryption program I can use with VFP to store user passwords or SQL logins in a VFP Table. I prefer it not be an active X control. Any Suggestions?

What did you do to reach these captcha pages? All Craig's free stuff pages have direct access.

However, Craig hasn't been active on line for many years, AFAIK. So trying to contact him is probably a waste of time.

West Wind Client Tools includes an encryption class for two-way encryption and hashing. For passwords you'll want to use one-way hashes.

So sorry for the post. About an hour ago I found what I need in my copy of Client tools and am working on it now. Thanks everyone for your assistance.
