I am evaluating load testing tools before making buying decision.
I started exploring features of Web Surge and it looks promising. All requests running fine individually but when I tried to run "Start" stress test and says "websurge-allow.txt" and "robots.txt".
I created both files at root of webserver and it accessible through individual run. Please refer below
But still, whenever, I run Start Stress test - It is displaying same error. it seems that these files are not accessible if protocol is HTTPS.
If you use robots.txt you need to add the text described in this topic here.
Having the file on its own is not enough as the file often exists for other purposes. If you have websurge-allow.txt, it's enough to just have the file.
Other than that I'm not sure unless perhaps you're not hitting the site you think you are hitting

Ok... so I took a look and sure enough it looks like there's a problem. Looks like I've introduced a bug that has started to make this fail in the last update.
Can you try v1.19 from the download site?

Thanks for quick response and new version (19) of tool. It seems it is working now. I will spend sometime to explore more features and let you know if everything is working or there is other issue.
