I have this error message after i inserted a signature in a form and i try to save it

XML received from server could not be interpreted into a Document Object Model (DOM)

Not on all customers... Only one at the moment..

Someone can help me to find a solution

Open the browser dev tools and, when you have this error:

• go to the network tab > XHR
• copy the response from the server
• paste into a free on-line XML validator
• grab the error and share it here
