Hi, all. Trying to pop-up a help topic without the full viewer in context to my West-Wind site page, but I can only get it to come up with the full help viewer mode.

I read the help section "Make your topic links always display the Table of Contents" to see if there was an option to do the opposite. It says "Right click and select Edit Topic Templates | Edit Header Template". I figure that must be what's happening, but I don't have the "Header Template" right-click menu option in my version (5.27), and looking at the various layout templates I can't see the javascript that makes it happen.

I don't want to necessarily stop that default behavior. There must be some easy way I'm missing to just pop up the topic HTML page only without loading the help viewer.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

P.S. I have the javascript to load a page in a popup window, just looking for the link construct that loads just the topic.

You can't really do that. Each page is loaded into a frame that includes the full site layout. There is no 'just the content' page that is rendered, so you can't actually display that in any way. You would need new templates to make that work.

You can append _s7r0obmm1.htm?mode=1 to get just the help topic content displayed. Note the frame is still actually there, it's just hidden and the TOC is not actually loaded.
