On the page for wwipstuff, it says you can check out the online docs, but the link that it uses is dead:
https://webconnection.west-wind.com/wwipstuff_docs
I was trying to see if you'd added SSL authentication, but from that main page, it appears not. 😦
wwIpstuff is discontinued - all the features have been rolled into the West Wind Client Tools.
The docs are here:
https://client-tools.west-wind.com/docs
And yes - TLS authentication is supported for SMTP mail client access.
Upgrades from wwIpstuff are available as well:

Ah, I'm behind the times or just forgot that, then. If I upgrade to Web Connection 7.1, does that come included like wwIPStuff used to or is that a separate product that I'd need to pay for?
Web Connection includes all the features of the Client Tools, but the licensing is a little different. You can use all the features as part of a Web Connection application you build, but there's no redistribution allowed for the components outside of a Web Connection application.
The Client Tools address that scenario with royalty free distribution in your applications.
