I've created another environment as a backup and have it up and running. When I try to do a test registration, I fill out the form, review the info and then submit the form it provided the following error. Bad Status 12157 - Unknown Unable to process credit card.

I'm lost here as to what's happening. It runs ok on the production enviroment, all is exactly the same, both on windows 2003 server sp2. Has anyone come accross this and how to fix or have a workaround?

Also let me know if you provide additional support at a cost as I'm willing to go this route.

No idea offhand. This message comes back from the credit card provider. Make sure all the configuration for the provider is in place (account, password etc.).

This product has been obsoleted some time ago, so I actually at this point have no idea what CC Providers still work. If you have a working app make sure all the settings from the original app are copied and provided in exactly the same way to connect to the processor.
