Hi Thierry,
When I want to send an error report via the title bar of a window, I obtain "Erreur de protocole HTTP"
by clicking on send. The email address still looks good in xxxBS.ini.
Where can I search ?
Thanks in advance
Hi Vincent,
To know what happens, open the 'network' panel in the browser developer tools
and see which URL is called; should be erroneous.
I see this code:
<a id="partiesdoss_scx_caption_a" title="En cas d'anomalie, cliquez pour la signaler par courriel à "Compromis de vente en ligne" ("Equipe dooxi<support@dooxi.fr>")" tabindex="-1" href="javascript:void(0);"> 12:00:34 PM (serveur) <span class="fa fa-bullhorn" aria-hidden="true"></span></a>
what do you see in the network panel when you click the link?
Works fine for me on dooxi.fr:

Server rejects the request without even logging it… Extended the URL max size without success so far… still searching

Ok, thanks for your research ...
OK, got it, URL length exceeds HTTP limit because FoxInCloud.js
duplicates the base-64 screenshot in the query string (useful for quick debugging requests with simple values like short string, integer, logical, etc., not in this case however)
Just modified FoxInCloud.js
to have the screenshot in the form parameters only.
Will release in next beta.
Understood, it will wait 😉
beta.8
released, make sure to reload all resources (ctrl+F5) to update FoxInCloud.js
in the browser
Thank you Thierry, I'm testing this evening and sending the information back
I tried, in localhost mode, and obtain this error:
In production, it's works fine ! Thanks
