In one of our Foxincloud's app and only on one customer's server we have a problem when the main form appears in the browser: normally the "Homepage" sould be this:

but on one server it appears in this way:

What can i check ?

Looks like an error on browser side, eg. some file(s) missing;
please open browser developer tool, network tab, and look for errors (red) when loading the page.
