Here's the deal. Just updated website, which included updated javascript. On windows based platform, it works as advertised. Landing page 'HOME' is activated no problem.

On a tablet and smart phone, running android OS, When the initial landing page is activated, there appears to be a redirect to another portion of the website. And it continues refreshing to it. If I attempt to move to somewhere else, it returns to the redirecting.

Any idea? I guess I could remove the new javascript file and replace with old and see what happens, but this is bizzare.

No idea - based on what you describe you're dealing with two separate issues - behavior on a specific device and a change in the JavaScript files. I would check each problem in isolation so you can better determine which of those issues is actually a problem.
