I am curious, if this is really an HTML issue only because on a previous version of web connection this never occurred.

That above image when migrating to web connection 6.21 starting displaying on server 2k8 IIS 7.5 but never appeared when hitting web connection 5.31 on server 2k3 iis 6.

I am a little lost here as to why the date & time would appear on a new server + new version of web connection but not on an older one.

Appreciate any guidance I can get.

Looks like there's probably some invalid HTML somewhere (missing end > bracket most likely) in that document that's causing the table to be askew.

Make sure you HtmlEncode() or use <%: %> to encode your content.
