Can i have on the same server two applications that work with different versions of Web Connection ? I have a rest service that works with 6.21 and a app written with Foxincloud that works with 4.66. Can i install them on the same web server ?

Yes.

Web Connection versions are pretty much local installs (4.x has some global settings but they won't affect 6.x).

6.x applications run out of their own self contained folders. Just make sure you point at the right Web Connection installations while developing with SET PATH TO. Other than that everything that happens on the Web server config is completely separate for each site you create.
