Has anyone already gone through the trouble of creating a smart credit card field that displays 12XX-XXXX-XXXX-3456 but also allows manual entry of numbers? I'm thinking a hidden txt field for the actual number and an unbound txt field for number entry with a valid or a presave to deal with encrypting and saving - but it's a common enough scenario I figured someone already solved this problem more completely than I can.
