Hello,

I have an issue with multiple users accounts in the "AdminAccount" key value of my sites' web.config files.

If there are more than one user in the key value, separated by commas, then no one can login and access the admin.aspx page. As soon as I remove the multiple entries and leave only one, then that person can login and access the page.

So will allow ksmith to authenticate and access the page, but if the key has more than one name, neither ksmith nor tjones can login and access. It will just keep bringing up the login dialogue.

This occurs on all 3 of my 5.72 (.NET Module) installations. I have one site using the ISAPI DLL, and it works as expected with multiple names in the wc.ini file.

Thanks for any help, Kirk

Looks like you're right. Surprised nobody has reported this...

This should be easy to fix, but it won't get fixed in 5.x versions - only in latest. You'll be able to use the new updated dll though.

Kirk,

I've fixed the issue with multiple admin accounts and there's a new DLL available as part of the WebConnectionExperimental.zip. This is for latest (ie. 6.x releases).

I can't guarantee that this DLL will work with 5.x versions, but you can give this a shot. Should work fine...

FWIW, this issue has been fixed in v6.20...
