I'm wondering if anyone has an automation solution to extract the contacts out of IMAP messages. I have a friend that never switched save contact on and now she has over 20,000 messages and no contact list. What a pain to say the least, to find a persons email address can take hours.

I suspect STRTOFILE(message.IMAP) will be to much work to parse. But somewhere in my memories from a VFP Conference I recall seeing Outlook Automation do this sort of thing.

Any ideas, sample code?
