Only happens in production mode on production server. Suddenly appeared.

I should have been more specific:

server 1 - used for development and as test server. noproblem in development mode, no problem in production moder, and no problem when running as com and test server

server 2 - running fine, until an exe update then error started appearing.

files are indntical on both servers

This error occurs whenever VFP attempts to open a dialog such as 'locate file…' or 'code page…' or messagebox(), etc.

As error occurs while Loading form or the data environment, I'd guess it's because of a missing or damaged table.
