Im inquiring as to whom has used MS' API GetTimeZoneInformationForYear(), and got it working correctly?? I'm using VC++ v6.0 as my programming environment ide. My ide does not recognize this API when linking takes place. What type of IDE is necessary to capitialize on to using API. I remember seeing an article, on this site, by Randy P.. Does this Randy P. have any advise on what type of environment of IDE to use? Thanks, Sam.
