I am getting 0 files transferred when do a ftpgetfile I need to put something in to set it to passive mode I thing. Thanks

Passive mode is the default.

But point is well taken - currently the lPassiveMode flag is not doing anything (ie. we're always running in auto passive mode). Fixing that with the next update so you can run in active mode if necessary, although there are practically no servers outside of the old IIS FTP server that still do that.
