wwSMTP is giving me the following error that is not true:

The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.    

On a Windows Server 2016 Web connection version 7.00. Just changed over to office 365 through an internal IIS relay server. Mailmode is dotnet.

Try sending the email again and it goes through. Suggestions?

Check the actual email address(es) that you are trying to send to and make sure they are valid email addresses. At minimum you'll need an @ sign in the address.
