Trying to deploy WC 7.04 version to a new server. Manually added the script map. got this error, I must have missed a step. Can you point me in the right direction?

I would guess:

Missing WebConnectionModule.dll in the /bin folder or perhaps .NET is not installed in IIS so it won't even try to look for the handler. Make sure in the application you have a .NET version (4.0) configured.
