We have a working WC7 application running as an 'Application' under the root website folder.

For past projects in WC5, I have simply moved the handlers from the application level to the root level, copied the default page as a dummy file to the root folder, and it just worked.

When I do this for the WC7 application, I get the following error:

[FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'WebConnectionModule' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.]

I tried copying the 'web' folder to the root folder, thinking it wasn't finding the dlls where it was looking, but no joy. What might I be missing?

You need the /bin folder with webconnectionmodule.dll in it at the Web Root.
