What can y do (other than restarting the server) ?

I tried but the application does not restart ...

very strange. An excluded class in my project was included. But I had to restart the windows server to be able to load my application again.

There’s a strange issue with Windows COM… on some servers, COM fails to find the class names in the registry.

Still monitoring the differences between servers that work fine and those with this issue. Not a matter of version: can happen on 2012 R2 and 2016.
