I have this error only on the customer's server. On mine, with same data i can open the form. I tried to delete all temp files and verified all files are installed...

Apparently i have the problem only when i run the app in COM mode and not in file mode..

Did you search how you can have variable IDO is not found?

I don't understand in which form it search for a field ido.... In my app i have no variables called IDO onlu fields in some tables. But what i don't understand is why in file mode the form is opened. If i have an error i should have it always not sometimes....

OK whether it should or should not, what is important is to find and fix the bug.

The message tells you the form, object, method and variable (or field name because VFP looks for a variable if no field with the name exists in alias()).

Please post some code is you need more help.

The message says also "Error - could not add member otem", but i have only an object with this oTem and it is not linked to a field IDO…..and in my forms/classes code i never used the SET() function mentioned in the error message….
