I just posted a quick blog post about some nice tooling that lets you auto-refresh your pages everytime you make a change to the Web related files of your project. This is similar to the live-reload features you get when using client side CLI's like the Angular-CLI, Vue or React CLIs.

Now you can do this with server side files as well.
