I am loving the new version of HHB! The new look of the generated content looks great! However, I am running into a few issues. When I export to word (after changing the template to MSWORD), I noticed on page 242 that the resulting export lost the “shrink picture to fit formatting” causing the pictures to not fit on the word doc correctly.

The HTML version of our help lives here: http://www.hbug.k12.il.us/IstarUserguide/index.htm

and this is the PDF we are attempting to generate for our users: http://www.hbug.k12.il.us/IstarUserguide/istaruserguide.pdf

Our HBP was imported from the 4.68 version of Help Builder, so I am not sure if that is part of our issue. I appreciate your insight. Thank you!

Hi Amanda,

Most likely there's some errand HTML in one of the topics that causing the size of the document to go off the rails.

Can you check the topic(s) around the image up to the previous image and see if you can see any HTML or text that might be throwing off the HTML that is rendered. Usually this will be some explicit HTML embedded into a topic or anything that includes < > brackets in text perhaps?

Rick, Thank you! That was exactly it. I found a dangling <img tag.

Ah nice - often it's not so easy to find the culprit... 😉
