When we try to print a page from the CHM and the page is a longer page, it prints all the first page and then just a blank second page. Do you have any suggestions on this issue?

Offhand I'm not sure why that would be. Have you looked at your printer options - specifically print margins? If the margins are too big then the page might overprint...

I'll have to take a look - not often I hear about anybody printing anything from the help file.

Thanks for the reply. I did check margins and they’re fine. It just basically prints what’s in the immediate window and then blank for the rest of the page.

There is a more serious problem with printing - the HTML templates are not set up for printing because much of the data in the page is rendered dynamically. What I see is that the page prints but breaks on the second page (every time). The second page prints some of the way then stops. I think the issues is that the printer driver is seeing a print break and stopping - why I'm not quite sure.

I think the only way right now you can print cleanly is to use the simple MSWORD template which doesn't have all the display Chrome.

I'm going to have to take a look to see if this can be tweaked and fixed with a print media style. All the side bar stuff can be hidden away for example. What's odd though is that the HTML for the main content is pretty straight forward and that should just work.

I'll take a look...

Not with the 'nice' templates. If you want to topics to print you'll need to use the simpler template - I think the MSWORD template the only one that will be printer friendly.
