No, but pricing looks reasonably competitive to something like Vultr. The advantage here is that you can take advantage of AWS auto-scale platform so if you need to scale up later you can.

At minimum a reasonably active WC probably needs 4gig and dual processors. The diskspace seems a bit sparse though for that $100, but you can probably add cheap external storage for another few bucks.

Update

Taking a closer look, it looks like Vultr is still a much better deal. For the same $100 on Vultr you can get a 6 cpu machine with 200gb of storage. Most likely for typical fox apps though the 4cpu/8gig instance is probably the sweet spot:
