if i login on chrome and request a licence its working ok, but on safari it prompts to login once request licence is pressed and says invalid username and password, can't figure this out..

Update: This only happens when we use the web app in a frame on wordpress.

If this happens only inside of a frame with Safari I'd wager this is a specific browser problem - most likely related to the security policy.

Does the app stay entirely inside of the frame? Under the same URL?

Also I notice your URL is not SSL - have you tried running with https:\\ and see if that makes a difference? There might be rules to prevent cookie highjacking.
