Started getting this error after recompiling my app. Not sure what changed.

Error Message: OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from wwDotNetBridge: Method 'Westwind.WebConnection.EncryptionUtils.ComputeHash' not found... Error Number: 1429 Running Method: invokestaticmethod Current Code: Current Code Line: 617 Handled by: Processreports.OnError()

The only thing I know I changed was to change one of the methods in my Process class but it didn't have anything to do with logging in.

I did upgrade to 6.12 from 6.10 between compiles. Could this have something to do with it?

I've checked the install folder and the following files still exist. wwDotNetBridge.dll wwDotNetSupport.dll wwipstuff.dll

Any help would be appreciated. My site is down until I get this figured out.

Maybe an old version of wwdotnetbridge?

wwDotNetBridge.dll says it is version 6.10.0.0 dated 1/31/2017.

Was there a new version with 6.12?

Nevermind. There was an update to wwDotNetBridge.dll in 6.12. I copied over that dll and the problem magically went away.

Thanks!

Hmmm... that's weird. Those functions were in the older version. But there was a signature change which might account for the difference, but that would mean you had a newer version of the PRG with an older version of the DLL.
