Running help builder version 4.68. On an intermittent basis the app seems to "hang" when changing from the "Edit View" to "Web View". Typically after exiting the help builder and restarting the problem is resolved.

Any suggestions/thoughts? Should we update to the latest version?

Hard to say what the problem is. I don't see that here but then I don't frequently switch views but use the preview window instead which shows edit and preview at the same time.

The new version hasn't changed the way the editors are managed so I doubt that would change in Help Builder 5 although there are many, many new features (including the new Markdown editing support).
