After saving a topic's metadata, the preview pane topic content overlaps the On this page text. Perhaps just a preview pane issue. More idle speculation by me.

Reloading the preview pane or navigating to a different topic restores order to the universe.

That's a resize issue. You must be running a fairly wide preview pane. For local preview typically that shouldn't show because it's predicated on the entire browser view width.

I think what happens is that the bookmark toolbar is drawn before the window width is fully calculated resulting in the bookmarks overlaying the text. Topics reload via fetch() call, not a full reload and so the page load calculation likely is missing in that scenario.

Not an issue on the live site.

Yep. FWIW here's what the DM preset size dialog shows:

One other minor UI thing I'll note about using the presets. I have my Windows start bar set vertically to the left border. When I apply a large enough preset, it is not figuring out an offset so the left side of the DM frame is under the Start bar. Not important but as a proper beta tester I feel obligated to write it down. 😃
