In addition to some image refs it didn't like, the broken link checker identified a bad link in a topic. I recreated the image links directly in DM but I could not see the actual text link it was referring to in the source. When I went to save my changes, I got this dialog:

It's not clear to me how a user should proceed if they want to compare in this context. Click Use Yours and then get a diff? FWIW I'm editing this file in DM itself so curious as to how it is saying this has been changed by another application besides my active DM session.

Is that supposed to be an internal only note? Because I don't see it anywhere in the renderd topic. (I checked the DM help first but came up empty.)
