Not sure... that doesn't happen for me:

Only thing I can think of is that there's maybe some encoding issue with the document. What does the <title> tag show in the rendered HTML? And what is the title in your topic editor?
It's possible the importer picked up the title with encoding and stored it that way, but the encoding in this case should not be necessary.
This is the DM generated html file.

This is the source json from WWHB:

This is the topic editor:

Can you edit that field in the editor, then save. Also check what's in the JSON file.
I suspect the value was imported encoded, the display takes out the encoding in the editor, but it won't update and re-write the value unless the value changes.
Other than that I don't know what would cause that encode the value especially since I don't see that here.

Ah, the last set of screenshots I showed had everything except the current project json, which is what I assume you are asking about. I have not edited it yet in the topic editor and it shows the apostrophe but I'll let you know.

I'll go edit it now and let you know if anything else changes.
That seems to have fixed it but I did have to bust the cache to get it to let go. IAC continuing on with my review. 😃
What I meant edit the text in the Topic Editor panel (text input field) not the text-editor. Making changes there will refresh the value and presumably save it correctly.
Like I said - I suspect the import (or Help Builder) did the encoding and that ended up getting rendered.

That's what I did. I edited via the topic editor UI in DM. I realize my prior comment about editing was a bit on the general side. I don't think I have any other topics with an apostrophe in the title but I'll take a look at that again tomorrow if it's useful.
