Hi, I finally managed to publish my .CHM file through a website. I want to buy Documentation Monster. I still have two questions about DM. How does DM perform compared to Whelp Builder? What does 'Single-user license for commercial and organizational use' mean? Can I share it with my different clients?

The licensing has nothing to do with the output you create. You can create output for any number of your clients from your license regardless of the type.

Licensing is based on the you as a developer. If you're an individual developer or you work as single/indie developer company you can use the personal license. Otherwise if you work for a company or other organization a professional license is required.

Not sure what you're asking about performance. It's not like a documentation solution is a high-performance application. And Documentation Monster overall has better performance and a smoother user Windows interface that is more modern and fits in with current Windows versions.
