We are running an app in FIC v2.10 Beta 12 and WebConnect v4.66.
This has been a very stable environment for us and we had not felt the need to update since the app has been running fine for years.

But late Friday, 4/24/2026, the FIC server suddenly stopped processing requests and we haven't been able to get it back up. We have checked all the "usual suspects" and can find nothing wrong. We were just wondering if any Webconnect services for this very old version had been shut down.

Never mind ... The issue has been resolved. It was (apparently) a corrupted wc.ini ...

WC4 depends on ISAPI (Internet Server API), a protocol that IIS will support in the foreseeable future. Not any rumour of IIS dropping this support.
