When trying to use the wwsmtp I get back the following error message:

I have lUseSsl = .T.
If I make lUseSsl= .F. I get another error: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM (MN2PR00CA0049.prod.exchangelabs.com)
That sounds like an account restriction. Office 365 has rules for what can be used to send out email. Not sure what those are exactly (varies by type of account - company accounts in particular have different rules than personal accounts) but I'm guessing that's what the problem is.
Frankly sending through these big services like Google, Outlook.com/Office.com is nothing but a hassle because they essentially don't want to be automated (in fear of spam attacks). It's better to use a dedicated email service like MailGun or Sendgrid that are set up for external SMTP (or API) access.
