Hello Team west wind,
We are using a trial version of "west wind websurge" for load testing on our website. During that we're facing the error most of the time while we try to TEST the captures session. we've already placed the file on the root of the server as mentioned in solution " https://oursite.com/websurge-allow.txt "

Have you read WebSurge-Allow.txt and Robots.txt to run Load Tests?

Make sure you can actually reach those files with browser - ie. navigate to:
https://mysite.com/websurge-allow.txt
and make sure that works. Just putting the file in the root may not be enough to be able to serve them if your site is running an application like ASP.NET MVC.

No not really - you have to fix that on your end as it depends on your application. I have no idea what you're doing on your server so I couldn't even begin to help you without a lot more information.
